The soulful, relaxed, and mellow groove parts (as I would describe them) are good. The hip hop parts from my point of view are not as good, because you mainly seem to reproduce how hip hop is supposed to sound. I'm quite sure that you could be very good in those parts too, if you get away from the typical samples and production and instead head into the direction of what your personal private style would be - same for the lyrics.
(I may be completely wrong, that's simply my impression)
